See the unseen

Dyscovery is committed to ensuring that every unique brain and its distinctive way of thinking are recognized, respected, and nurtured equally. We believe that unconventional cognitive processing should never be labeled as abnormal. Our mission is pursued through the effective exchange of educational resources and the development of innovative frontline products.

Accommodate Neurodivergence

Currently, Dyscovery is focused on the development, application, enhancement, and deployment of Melodyslexia, a free and accessible online music game. Melodyslexia leverages the scientific principles of eye movement to improve reading comprehension and cognitive skills in children with dyslexia. We are collaborating with the Clinical Psychology Department at Shenzhen Children's Hospital to optimize the game's design, logic, and features, with the aim of fully realizing its therapeutic potential as a portable and accessible assistive tool. Additionally, we are conducting research in collaboration with Shenzhen University's Neurolinguistics Laboratory to explore the relationship between eye movement, musical stimuli, and the underlying neurological mechanisms, using Melodyslexia as a key testing tool.

Bridge Lab and Classrooms

We also partner with the residential committee of urban villages to conduct monthly dyslexia screening events, facilitating access to free LEXease courses for over 70% of children identified with dyslexia characteristics. Our outreach extends to children in rural and underserved regions, those from multilingual environments, migrant communities, and children from ethnic minorities who face challenges in reading standard Chinese due to dialectal confusion. We are also collaborating with local libraries to gamify the learning process, implementing multi-sensory learning pathways such as audio guides.
